Default Motorised DVD Players on Ebay

    Hey all,

I'm after a good motorised DVD player/screen which is one unit not motorised screen and player.

I've seen loads on ebay, however most are from like hong kong or buy it nows and wanted to know if anyone has bought one of there?

Are they in good nick and etc?

Would like to know peoples thoughts before getting one,

    Thanks all!

I bought a 7" screen which was good (brand new) - however discovered it wont work for my needs (in car PC).

DVD wise - filter out searches for UK only. Most buy now places give some kind of 12 month guarantee. Ask the seller what make it is before bidding...

You may have an issue paying customs charges which may actually make it as expensive as buying it from a UK seller.

TBH I'd stay clear of overseas buying.

    some are really good.

i bought a few tvs and a flip down screen from one in hong kong. came within a week, was mint. no custom charges..

cost like a tenner, and then 45 quid posage which is how they made the money on it.

Sorry to go against it, but STEER CLEAR 100%!!! i have loads of people bring these to me to fit, they are nearly all appaling and come back within the month, screens stop working, volume is all over the place, displays messing up, just dying all together and even a few have caught fire. Save your money and buy one from a respected brand ( alpine, pioneer etc )
