Delay? I thought you'd stopped... With the roof off a full cage would be needed if you wanted CF, as the top gets alot less strong. Removing the roof was the only way really, means the top is better and the headliing and insides are/will be better.

Ish, stop start More money means longer to wait though, but I'm out of uni now so even if I end up stacking shelves, which I doubt, I'll have enough cash around to get the nova going.

Full cage is definitely going in, very very full

Would be like a classic Mini. Chop and inch, weld and inch, and repeat...

I'm inclined to think it would look crap too. Not to mention, introduce possible leaks and visibility issues.

As Edd says, it looks nasty and you'd be cutting a good inch out and re welding it in.. I think it would be bugger of a job, just cause of all the shapes..
