Those magazines bring back some memories. Still have a few of mine somewhere.

What happened to them?
My advice would be... If your really passionate about a magazine, then put one together, ideas, articles etc. then visit a publishing house and see what they say. My guess would be there isn't a big enough market and TV is the main rival and you won't be able to compete.
But good luck all the same
...is all I'm saying on this subject.

My Rebuild
They're over there with their new toys. Someone brought them in. No idea who bought them though.....
When the Internet came along the original club owners of the first png decided to stop the group news magazine as it was only made to keep club members informed of events and other information etc, so once the Internet was widely available it cut costs and improve the club, but with the slow demise and replacement of the nova by the corsa and other members buying (or ''upgrading'') to Astras it meant png no longer was a viable club so pvg was born, performance vauxhall group, but that didn't last long again due to the Internet and forums etc people set up corsa Astra basted only clubs so pvg was closed for good, (but has now been re started again ) this site started as a forum for nova owneres and was called Novaload, but to be part of some official shows and have a display stand you need to be a recognised club, so the admin of NL put the wheels in motion and got the rights to use the png club log and name as this is the UK Nova only forum and now recognised club.
Now as a club we can attend all or any event officially etc, and a club magazine is not necessary due to the info being on this site already, plus all the admin and moderators do work and live normal busy lives etc, so if we did find someone who was going to get the time to put a magazine together and get it printed we would have to increase the club membership price, meaning that the liklihood of loosing joining members of repeat membership etc.
I think that the covers it all now, if there's spelling mistakes I don't care, as I've done this using my phone.

It's a shedload of work to constantly try and fill a magazine....bad enough keeping a website up and interesting
Writing a mag isn't a 5min job.It takes weeks and months of hard work, you need info, ads, write up, and a huge load of features...
Big mags struggle a lot, let alone a small club (no offence)
All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one PepsiFar from suicidalStill I get them tendenciesBringing back them memories
