What age? location
you'll struggle on a 1.4 mate, try churchill or direct line, a 1.2 for my first year was 1300 fully comp which is good
It's a shame the 1.4 SR is a group 7, a 1.3 SR is only group 5 makes a hell of a lot of difference
If its standard, try comparison websites to begin with. Sometimes adding a more experienced second driver will help lower the premium.
Pick up the phone and ring as many insurance companies as you can, make a note of the best prices and play them off against each other.
At the end of the day, a group 7 car - especially a Nova - will be expensive to insure as a first car. Expect to pay at least £1500.
