Get some pics if you can dude, the GTa's are thin on the ground now.
i havent seen one of them in donkeys years
anyone on here buy the loon?
top work matey....do for some reason really like these.
I think they're very retro/cool looking personally. Awesome to drive too, it like a mini but feels a bit sturdier![]()
mate of mine used to have a turbo, was uber fun
Thats the route im going hopefully, 1380cc low comp 16v turbo if all goes to planShould be getting the bottom end sometime this month.
Nice purchase mate! A mates mother used to have a yellow GT-a, hers had red belts though, is there an 8 and 16v version? I remember there being a difference somewhere.
Retro cool.
I'd kill for a yellow GT-a, saw one sell on ebay for £1200 IIRC, the austin metro's were a-series engines the same as minis, all 5 port 8 valves. The later Rover metro's were GTA 8 valve 1.4 and GTI 16 valve 1.4. all good fun to drive but i just dont like the look of the later ones, they they do accept VVC's and Vtec engines easily![]()
