And here the work from today... Got bugged by the rear axle stil hanging on the car so started working. Had to come up with some "special" tools to get the bolts from the suspension... There was a f***in cylinder thing around it and couldn't get to it with normal tools:

Underneath not much of a bother...

    Yippie, more rust, sorry, wholes...

Does it really say Carbon on the suspension?

    Action shot from me...

Note: not all that is red is rust... (but most of it)

Ok, a bit more working to do instead of lying around and taking pictures of me doing nothing...

Sorry, couldn't resist... This was actually delivered with my Vauxhall Corsa from work

My aircompressor who let me down after the move, electric engine is blown...

A wheel that should be used again on the Michalak

    My Toyota is from plastic...

What does it say in the suspension? Spezial? Yeah, rusted bolts for sure!

Ok, back to work again... Got the idea to modify my tools with a hammer to get those nuts loosened...

    Not working well...

    More modifications:

After mod's a sigaret to cool down a bit...

Trying to get it loose and it actually worked!...

    After a few cigarettes...

It actually does say Carbon on there...

    YEAH! It's loose!

Ok ok, with a little help from beneath...

And after the sork a refreshing... More work tomorrow (I hope) since I have put a deadline for myself yet again...

That's something I'm working on after office-hours... So not much time but if the little one progresses, the pictures wil also be added

Yeah, sometimes a bit of food and drinks does wonders if you get stuck with it...
Anyway, hopefully tonight the other side loose and get that darn rear-axle gone...

ha ha never seen one of those novas before.
nice work mate, hope to see more progress on it soon.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming, “DAMN, what a ride!!”

    Update for today:

    Got the rear of...

When trying to get the dampers of, I cracked a bolt, no, no due to my strength... Just used a bit of a long bar... But that was 1 side so on to the other...

Mmmm, bugger is in deep... Need to sort this sometime...

When playing to get the other side... Same crap!

But it's out of the way and bodyscraping can commence...

That's it for today, going to sleep and give the misses some TLC or something

Ok, back again after a few days with the misses

Not much to say then it's just a lot of work to get that gelly bondo underseal type of stuff of it...
But going completely blank since the new product loves blank rusted steel except the rear quarters since they were widened with lead instead of normal bondo (think it's the qword for it)
    Enjoy or cry

Oh yeah, sometimes checking the forum too

It's like rubber they sprayed all over the inside of the car to fill the gaps...
