    Default cover over heater and battery

    i sware iv seen it done before and i want to do it to mine.... to make a cover that goes completly over the heater matrix and battery and covers that part of the engine bay... do u no what i mean its hard to discribe..
    if anyones done it can they tell me how or post up some pics

    if you mean to cover the entire scuttle panel (so the area under the vented slats at the base of the windscreen is covered) then yes it has been done.

    Most people make a metal shape in 2 sections out of the metal flooring stuff with the cross hatches on it. Can be secured in place with brackets.

    You can also make a 1 piece section from fibreglass if you know what you are doing.

    Just remember to leave a hole or drill in a hole so air can get to the heater fan - if you still plan to use it of course...

    that blue nova is gorgeous, the engine bay looks mint and minimal, both my engine bays are a mess with wires, cables, dirt and rust everywhere
