Went to a local car show on Sunday (southwest festival of transport) in Taunton & spotted this in the carpark with smoothed or blended in std skirts. Thought it looked pretty good although I wouldnt go down that route myself.
Anyone on here?

they are mint looking well spoted
alright mate they are luking gud do u now wat they used 2 smooth them in?
mmm - not sure about that - looks a tad odd (you can see where the rear 1/4 part joiuns the main section). certainly different though.
I'd have thought they bonded existing skirts on - perhaps trimmed the rear 1.4 section and then body filler/plastic filler/fibreglassed over.
Would have been better making a copy in fibrreglass 1st so it was more rigid then bonding copies to the car (plastic flexes and filler has a habit of cracking on abs based plastics...unless you really key it good...)
Ade
Looks a tad weird but I like it Not seen that done before.
i got smoothed skirts on mine, looks well smooth
Was that on show or parked up as a spectator?
