    Been fitting some more pipes to the bay :-



    Now sorting the intercooler to tophat pipe :-



    Also fitted the alloy radiator, however one of the water pipes for the waterjacket for the turbo is a little too close to the rad - I'm speaking to Paul at Roose Motorsport to see if there is anything we can do to sort this!




    Need to sort out some oil cooler pipes and plumb in the guages and we are nearly ready for a crank!

    Looks ace, could you not just bend the 90 deg elbow abit more?

    cant u just prise the L shape metal bend up a little?

    great work looks great mate

    what about moving rad back a touch?

    Need a few more pipes on that Joff! Certainly will raise eyebrows even just with the bonnet up.

    joff cant you just put abit of heat on the elbow to take the bend over 90 degrees\? job done!

    nice job mate rebuilding my nova now going turbo'd sorry to pick ur brain got a few questions for ya how did u get the intercooler to sit flat and the geabox mount(the body one) is it the same one or have u bought the mount kit the one u weld up and is it hard sorry about this in a bit of a pickle over it cheers

    You could rotate the chra slightly to move the water pipe closer to the engine. Either that or try and sort out the correct turbo to pipe union for the water pipe as that one looks far longer than any i have ever had on a KKK.

    The front panel has been cut back to accomodate the larger intercooler - see pic below :-



    The F28 mount is mostly bespoke fabrication - here's a pic of how its all mounted together :-

    yeah sorry mate just see your first page computer didnt load it up earlier c what u meen with the intercooler the gearbox did u have to weld the mount on or is it custom one from bespoke was going to run a f20 but there not strong enough
