Mine is a little more involved as it's from a mk4 Astra has a different connection to the early vectra but similar IDea but a lot more wireing to do handy link though saved it for reference

Well spent an hour on the car today after a few hours at work, managed to get some welding done on the inner wing.

I had to shape three plates and put them together where the old metal had rusted.

All three in, i had to basically spot weld the whole thing in as you simply blow straight through if you try and continuously weld,
More next week, I want to have the whole bay painted by the end of the year, that's my mini target,
