Default Removing front seat headrest tubes

How do I get the plastic tubes(where the headrest fits) out of the tops of the front seats without breaking anything? I also need a pair of beige seat tilt lever surrounds please if anyone can help as mine have come pre-broken.

You need to lift the seat covering high enough to grit to the bottom of the tube you can un clip it there it will slide out then

Thanks very much for the help dgbnova#1. I've had good old battle with it today and the tubes are out (undamaged!) and I only cried and stamped my foot a tiny little bit. Many thanks again.
