Yep, my protein and fibre diet is maxed out

If Novas ran on methane then I could make a Nova go a 1000 miles

I know the feeling mate. My Nova leaks, and I have absolutely no fucking idea where from.

Garage roof leaking I mean not the nova. I left window open slightly so it's got damp inside.

My right shoulder. It is killing me .. 600mg of ibuprofen knocks the edge off for about 1/2 hr. If I visit the quack, he'll tell me to rest and take painkillers....

Obviously damp is from rain creeping in. So take time and try to work out where its coming in. Sometimes it needs the process of illimination Try this try that and you will get there. I had that with my garage then the conservatory.
