    Default Warning to street racers

This happened the other night, while street racing. Luckily no one was killed as he had no passengers. Had spoken to the bloke just before it happened. Please don't street race round town, as you can see, his nova didnt stand up to well...

    Colchester: Driver's miracle escape
A teenager had an amazing escape after a town centre crash.

Although his Vauxhall Nova ended up wrapped around this road sign on Balkerne Hill, the 18-year-old driver suffered only gashes to his leg, according to police.

He was taken by ambulance to Colchester General Hospital and treated overnight, but was expected to be released today.

The Nova ended up bent almost double after the crash on the Middleborough-bound carriageway at 10.40pm last night

Police believe a silver car may also have been involved and are appealing for witnesses who should contact PC Gary Jay at Stanway traffic police on 762512

The lampost has a 40mph sign on it.

Looks like it was a tad more than 40 when he hit it.

fcuk me the front end is linkin its arse!

At least noone was killed, just goes to show why speed limits are enforced and try to prevent streetracing.

    wheres all the front gone!?

Like its just popped off and vanished.

I saw a similar "bizarre" looking crahsed nova the other day - it was in the middle of a dual carriage way - but the centre section was grass and tree lined and was about the width of the 4 lanes put together. This nova (a green one with a red mk2 bumper) was slammed into one of the trees in the middle - the whole rear end was so crimpled that the centre of the rear where the tree was was touching the drivers seat!

    The tree looked ok!

odd thing was there were no skid marks or tyre marks - looked like someone just smashed it up then leaned it up against the tree.

Bonnet was popped up and rwsting on its stand like someone was trying to start it!

    mad!
