I would get a up to date copy of the highway code and highlight all the rules of the road they have broken and quote them in any insurance claim paperwork

Been reading on some of the ambulance chaser sites, they are 100% at fault no comebacks... WIN

I've read the highway code online, regarding what he did..... he broke atleast 2 if not 3 regs of it. This is awesomeness, just have to hope SKY choose damn good insurers to kick these goons out.

There was a big thing in our local area of people reversing into someone then making claims because insurance companies paid out when someone gets rear end, insurance companies may have got wise to these tactics though, explains why sky won't touch the BD postcode.
