I have a cast Courtenay manifold to use initially

Waiting for a new Garrett T2/25 turbocharger to show up

Still need pipework etc, but will sort that when the main parts are fitted

It was the ICV

I bought a brand new GM one/bosch off ebay

The gate that shuts inside the new one leaves a smaller hole when shut than the other two used one I had

Now I don't know if it totally correct as although the new and old look identical they have different bosch numbers stamped in

But it does idle correctly when up to temperature

Will post a pic over next few days

I was having a read up of how the LE Jetronic works and as you have ruled out any air leaks I think the Auxilliary Air Valve(ICV) is the likely suspect.
