    depends, took me 40mins to do mine and i wasnt really rushing...although could do the whole car in 5 mins with a grinder haha


    (*please note : i highly recommend you DO NOT cut your springs )

    would probably take longer to cut the springs with a grinder than it would changing the suspension

    Doesnt take to long at all really.

    I swapped standard suspension from my B, to the uprated off my Nova an got both cars back to normal in about 2 hours ish.

    Took me 1 hour to swap the rear springs and shocks on a mk3 astra.

    half hour max! they are piss easy! and that still gives plenty of time for willy waving!

    lowering at a show FTW. providing you have a tape measure to reset the tracking again . i didnt and had to be rescued as lowering it caused ubber toe out and therefore undriveable
