    Default 1.0l nova

hi, i bought this little 1.0l corsa a/nova today it ia a 1992. now that i am nearly finished bulding my 1.6 16v autocross nova i am going to put this nova on the road when i turn 17 in 10 months so i have a good bit of time to get it ready. the body needs a bit of work on the left rear arch and the corners in the boot and a bit of rust in the engine bay. i am keeping the 1.0l engine for a while but i might fit a 1.2 or 1.3. my plans so far are:
. fix body work. mabey a full respray.
. gsi spoiler and skirts. or gte i dont know what u call them
    . lower 60mm.
. 16v 256 mm discs and callipers on the front.
if anyone has any more ideas to do to the car let me let me know
    here is a rew pics:

if you already have a good 1200 carb engine and box then I'd fit that, far better engine in my eyes and can be played about with. Wouyldn't bother with a 1200 spi though, good luck with the project

here is a few pics of the rust . the lad i bought the car off said the back was lowered 60mm but when i jacked up the car the back springs fell out so i looked under the car and the top chasice was rotten and the springs were nearly gone through the floor but my father is fairly handy with a welder!

here is a pic of the 15" wolfrace alloys on but i need low profile tyres!

    big hole in the sill

    door rust

    left rear arch

    front right inner arch

    right back inner arch
