Really gutted for you,I wouldn't be phoning them to see what's going on,you should go down there in person,best thing to do as you said he keeps being horrible,is record every conversation with him or whoever down there,as will be more evidence in your favour,keep pestering them,you could even get one of your mates to film it on there phone or something along them lines,hope you get this sorted will keep a eye on this to see the outcome

Used to be speedlines but week before this happened I put those Astra LS steels on with brand new tires including the spare and the centre caps!!

I did go F***ing mental. Especially when I got there expecting an apology but his attitude stank!!! Apparently he was driving, although he had no marks on his face because who ever drove the car hit the windscreen!!! The accident happened right outside the garage where he hit a crane!!! But the damage is on the opposite side to the story that he says also the crain is high up off the ground - so why is there damage low down on the car??? He's full of b***sh*t trying to get out of it. I think he's hiding something and covering for someone - I bet one of the YTS has jumped in it thinking wow Nova with a redtop I wannag go!! and hes lost it and crashed it!!! But after I walked away from him as I was loosing my temper I locked the car up and gave him the keys and he laughed in my face and said 'well its not going anywhere ha ha ha..... to that I completly lost it and said 'Is that suppose to be f***ing funny?. He then threatened to head butt me and said 'dont give me attitude!!! I had to walk away otherwise I would have put him 6 feet under!!! Fuming!!

I'd of been straight back with a transporter/trailer/whatever if it was me to collect the poor thing! following suit with what everyone else has said, kick up a ****ing great fuss. the bloke obviously is as honest as a cheap swiss watch if this isnt the first car thats been damaged under his watch. I hope for your sake the cars in your possesion, as having a wrecked nova on his forecourt isnt going to be doing good for his business which would make the bloke more inclined to cube it etc...
