    ****ttt!!

I saw this on Facebook FFS. Thats appalling mate, you need to make contact with a solicitor and take this as far as you need to.

First up, why did they need to take the car out? Secondly, dont they need your permission to do so and thirdly, how do they explain the throttle sticking?

Appoligies if I missed any points as I only read the first page.
I spent 90% of my money on Drink and Women, the rest I just wasted.

I did ring police and in fairness he did sound young on the phone. Apparently they can only file a report for his behaviour. Up to now the owner of the garage hasnt reported the accident therefore my legal team are awaiting for this to happen. Ive sent a letter to his insurance company explaining the situation therefore Im waiting for them to open up the claim. Unfortunatly its a waiting game at the moment. He's playing funny bugger by delaying the claim!! I can only wait for so long therefore If he still hasnt reported the claim by after the weekend then Im all gun-ho to ring police, VOSA, local press, radio station, trading standards and the fferret!!!
