Bring them on!

Bring them on!

Sit tight... I'll get some part numbers over the weekend.

So time for some real progress instead of buying parts. Picked up the car yesterday and it felt really good to drive it again after 5 long months!!
Plan was to clean and fit the UK GSi seats this weekend.
Weapon of choice:
Filled up with interior cleaner:
To clean these:
One hour later:
Swapped the rails from the original seats and fitted them in the car:
With the seats sorted it was time to fix the suspenders for my parcel shelf.

Now what's in here???

Gotta love the gear gaitor:
Ball joints:
Clutchy clutchy cable:
More to come!!

Cheers Joff! And yes, we do things differently over here!![]()

Vlietje, do you have any more pics of your towbar installation? (inside & out please) i'm curious how the eu companies make them, as the uk ones are a really bad design. they put huge bits of metal inside the boot & expect you to chop the bumper, a lot if it is a mk1 gte..
thanks
mike

Your thread is just one big Aladdin's cave of goodies and progress. Love.
How much you pay for the rear shelf suspenders? Are you able to get anymore? I'm jotting down a few part numbers for you![]()
