Hi martin glad to see you have still got the nova i also live in newport and have always wanted this car :-) keep up the good work cars looking betta than eva

No i dont thinl we have mate just seen you out in the nova , i think i can remember it when it was silver if im right ? i live next to the fire station mate , i have just brought a nova gsi its in the project section under project gsi if you get time have a look an let me no what you think / eney ideas welcome :-) it a mess at the mo but hopefully get it mint again . hows yours have you done much since your last post ?? :-)

I havent been sitting around doing nothing.
Needed to connect the oil cooler back up after engine was out last time.
Goodridge bought and hose making started
Not been happy with the rear beam for a while. Was powdercoated few years ago & starting to get tatty.
Also now iam on rear coilovers i dont like the fact the weight of the car at the rear sits on shock brackets not designed to take the weight.
So today off it came
Old shock mounts
New ones to weld on.
Needed to car back in garage minus rear wheels
Will take to work this week to get brakets welded on then powder coaters owe me a favour i will be calling in so hopefully soon back & putting back together.

Great work Martin!

Sweet those tabs should take the weight a bit better! I thought powdercoat would have lasted for more than two years.
