Thanks cooltiger. Forgot to mention in my last post i've fitted a new cam belt, alternator belt, clutch and f16 cr box to the engine. The engine is the coscast version. Also sprayed and fitted competition engine mounts and brake servo.

Thats a nice and tidy job Chris Astley did of the seam welding and strenghtening kit. Was it quite reasonable in terms of cost to get them to do it? Cheers, Jamie

A mate I used to work with knows Chris very well and he put a good word in for me and got me the price, and yes it was very reasonable

    Cheers Scott.

Done a bit to the car since my last post.

    - Fitted the engine and all pipe work
    - Fitted the wire for the fuel pump
    - Drilled a couple of holes to hide the loom
    - Fitted the radiator and fan
    - Fitted a brand new bailey heater tank
    - Fitted new brake lines
    - Sprayed the cam belt cover

I will post some new pictures asap
