    Talking !! Made The Pods ( finally ) !!

Right a was questioning myself what to do with the speakers so I have decided to make the pods like advised and then I thort well I am spraying the dash so I mite aswell replace them speakers also .... I havent sprayed the dash but have made the pods ... Here they are

Cut the base and obviously make them a bit neater

Rough idea of what theyll look like

Cut the pocket down and size them up

Cloth them over , give them a quick look

Get your Brother to model them for you

    Get the Fibreglass mix ready

    Get painting it

Give it a nice 1st coat and leave it to dry for about 20 - 30 mins ( help with hair dryer )

Give them there second coat and leave over night

    Give them a good sanding

    See what they look like

    Prime them

Then spray them black once dried

Then once dried laquer them and apply to door skin

Look I can even wind my windows ,

    FINISHED !!!

Sorry about the cocked up order The forum seems to have changed meaning the post read newest first and you can only post 10 images at once and you cant delite posts or threads ( I aint moaning by the way )

Cheers everyone for advise and help on the forum giving me ideas on what to do whilst making the pods ....

Easy peasy to make only took me 1 nite to make the base's and Fibreglass them , then leave them to dry overnight . Next day started body filling and sanding , then painted primer on and left over night then next day painted and laquered them

yea sure here it is im planning on getting some nice little black wheels , lowering and exhaust system and my mate works in a spray shop he's suppose to be painting it metalic Subaru Blue CHEAP !! once the boss go's on holliday .....

    :D

PS: Since these pics the top half of the front bumper has also been painted black and it has my trust lil silver vaux badge on its nose ..
