Edit: Have you considered a pressed metal plate for the tailgate? English font just plain plate...would look gooood!

Update.
Been playing with my shaft..... Drive shaft that is.
While getting them ready for paint.. i had a moment of insanity i found i could do this...




Found i had to brush paint them finish, then flatten them off and spray the silver to get a nice finish...






Now there are dry i can get the cv on and built up, gonna order my inner then they are ready.

Update
Right have been over the bodyshop each night after work for a bit so...
Bumper in a lil untidy filler.






Dent in the corner, heated up and reshaped, then filled.


Sanding it all down.




These bits took the longest... Trying to get the shape right in both swage lines. But both look on now.. top one needs a bit more now i can see it in the primer.

Is drying over night, so i'll flat it off tomoz so its ready for paint.


This was fun. At crimbo Astra Dan and myself both bought flatscreen tvs (32")
which at first going to pick them up in the nova was a wrong choise.. But she prevailed and we got them both in.. and some funny ass looks on the way home...
