    As few as possible within reason And yeah it's solidworks, FEA done in the same package.

    Hi Me and 4 others took this on as a uni project on a suspension design. It's been FEA'd (Finite Element Analysis, google if confused about what that exactly is, bit complicated to explain here ) and analysed geometry wise but obviously the real testing comes when it's built, we know for instance the ride frequencies, installations ratios, wheels rates, rough grip levels and what this equates to in terms of roll, camber under cornering etc, but obviously there's no way to test it for real, until it's real

    Iv read a bit into as a lad at work uses it. Where were you when my rear wanted designing

    Believe I was still doing "this is how a piston goes up and down" in my 1st year at that point If I start getting bombarded with stuff I might tell people to feck off, but I'm happy to talk to people about anything I learn at uni in relation to their projects, limplamp has abused me for a good few hours at a time before now, just have to bear in mind I'm no expert, I can only pass on what I've learnt, which is all theory.

    Im sure that you could set him up a nice desk up the shed Simon... lots of bits of wood laying around, not quite as much as all the metal tho which was once your nova floor etc
