Nice article mate. You say the driverside mount needs lowering, but is this only for 1.0 shells or would I need to do this with my 1.2 spi shell?

iirc you need conversion shafts, its corsas you re groove em on. id look for gte shafts with cav 1.6 innners, fine for that conversion mate
I am in the process of the conversion but useing bike carbs got the manifold and carbs had my dizzy converted (off the 1.2) got a good spark but cant get it to run. I did have it running until the starter broke changed that now but waont fire up any ideas guys?????
