    Default Exhust Buy Advice Please

    Hi, i have a mk1 Nova 1.2 (86) and i really need a new Exhust Back Box.

I bought the car of someone who had modded the exhust so that it was loud enough to set car alarms off when it drove by!

Obiously i don'nt really wanna do this so would like to replace it asap!

It has a fairly good exhust system on it all ready so i just need the box, but theres so many out there i duno what to chose!

It needs to be a twin piped one as the bottem skirting has been cut to make room the huge exhust at the minute.

I don'nt really wanna spend to much if i don'nt have to. Any advice would be great with links to site ect. Cheers, Sammy V

Sportex, i recommend them. Not too loud, but great, and they last long. Back boxes are cheap too!

Yeah, I would go for a standard GSI backbox. If you havn't got a lightning fast nova, I've never seen the point in making it sound like a tank.

Save the money for making the car go faster, not louder...
