    Default Bike carbs v Webers

It seems like bike carbs are the latest fad, but has anyone seen any back to back dyno plots of a properlt set up of webers v properly set up bike carbs? If so are there any on the net to view?? or would you like to post them up here if you have any?

I still like the sound of webbers the look of webbers and the old skoolness of webbers. But bike carbs are the way forward from what i have heard they are a bit more responsive and more relaible. But you will get the argument that a well set up pair of webbers is just the same??? personall preference says it all

No benefit in bike carbs imo.

Cost is same as webers after having to have a filter plate, inlet etc custom made.

    Doubt you'll find evidence tbh.

The engines would have to be identical mileage/condition, same mods, and RR'd on the same day, same temperature, same rolling road etc.

no hard evidence bar prehaps getting a comparrison of a SU carbed engine and a T40'd equiv. as the bike carbs operate on a similar principle to the SU's
