Im 19 got a years no claims and a 2ltr 16v nova and got an insurance quote for hic at bout ?800 but the insurer didnt ask for an engineering report for the conversion on the car,do they need 1? If so where can you get one, cheers

yeh it is low but i think it cuz of where i stay, how many miles i d be doin, alarm on it and where its kept, cheers for helpin out
