i owned a 1.6 gte and it drinks fuel like a alcoholic drinks cidar , i usually put about 60-90 a week in mine but depends how often u are goin to use ya car. i use mine every day to go wrkl and bk and then meet up with me mates every night

cheers mate, could never afford that so it looks like I'll be sticking to the 1.2 as I'd be using it pretty much in the same kinda ways as yourself

Do the mods in the guide for about 60ish bhp.

Then depends if you want to go further or not.
Could add a 14se head and run t40s, or Sri MPI setup..
