    Default bigger main jet???

hi everyone , I have a 1400 sr and obviously want to fit a k+n on it. IT says in the articles section of this site that it is best to fit a bigger main jet so to aid the correct fuel/air ratio. How much bigger will it have to be and where can I find one?? anybody

Probably best to look up your local carb. dealer/rolling road and go there since they will have the wherewithall to work out what your engine needs and to fit and check it properly for you. Not cheap however.

its not essential doing it, and probably wont make much difference, however if you have a smaller engine they recommend using jets from a bigger one, like the sr. As you already have an sr it should be fine, i have one on a standard carb and it runs fine (except wen the auto choke wont go away)
