    Default CAT replacement

I wanna remove the cat on my car so that the induction kit and exhaust have a bit more effect on power. Online autosport do a cat replacement for ?53 but you need to buy a 4 branch manifold to fit this. Is it worth paying ?109 for the manifold aswell or should i look for a direct replacement? will it be a better increase with a 4 branch manifold? Does anyone know anywhere else i can get one? Can i get my dad who is a welder/fabricator to make me up a pipe to fit in its place? also how much will a garage charge me to fit a new manifold cos it looks like a pain in the arse to fit!

it's a 1.2i so use a 1.2carb down pipe and exhaust but keep your manifold

Try "Powerflow" they make custom exhausts. I was quoted ?70 for them to make a replacement pipe for my 1.2i and fit it. I went to the one in Leeds which is at the Alpha tyre garage, but i know there are other outlets around.
    Hope this helps,
    T.

If a std 1300 down pipe is anygood, you can have mine. I think I still have it in the garage.
