    Default CAM HELP

    Hey boys i gotta a 1.4 nova sr with a ast1 fast road cam in ,this cam is for the 1.3sr's but i rang kent cams up and they said there same but different listing but it wont make a differnce if i change it to a 1.4 cam but my cam kicks in at about 3000 revs when it should kick in at 1500 revs can any1 help. my valve timing is ok to but its really got me and doin me fuckin head in

    a fast road cam should be the same for all novas 1.2/1.3/1.4/1.6 they just have higher lift 3000 sounds about right

    i no but on the sheet it says the power band should cut in at 1500 revs not 3000 revs??

    no cam should kick in at 1500 onles its custom my piper cam dosnt shift till about 4000 and mines listed for 1.2/1.6

    on the end ov the cam there will be a hole for the 1.4 dizzy to stick in and a offset groove for the 1.2 1.3 dizzy. this means its for all mate

    My high lift cam kicks in about 4000-4500 revs and it makes a fuckin huge difference!!
