    Alright Lad's which CAM should I go for? Fast Road or Rallye, I already have a Stage 2 Head ready to go on! and I have a Weber 32/34 cheers, Alex.

    Fast Road, a rally 1 will mke it very undriveable!!

    The advice I've had is that there is not too much to be gained with changing the cam. Higher lift (fast road or high torque/rally) ones push max. power outputs up but only at high revs. Lower down torque is reduced so in ordinary driving you lose what you gain if you see what i mean. I have installed a fast road one and that definitely had a noticeable effect at higher revs - depends how you drive and what you want.

    if u do go for it get a fast road cam! Rally will just make it crap to drive!

    whats a rallye one do??My high lift cam makes a huge difference seeing as my nickname is really redline lad!!
