my skirts are a bit rough at the edges does anyone knolw how to smooth the fibreglass off?

chew it off. er sand it off and wear a mask!!

Get your self some wet an ddry sanding paper.:D

rough grit wet and dry(60ish) thru to fineish 600 will do the job. do this in stages the 60 grit will get rid of the rough parts but will leave a lot of sanding marks. after 60 stuff use 180 grit to get rid of some of the deep indentations that the 60 left. after this use 300 grit to get it smooth with no sanding indentations left(ie smooth when u touch it). then use 600 to get it real smooth for primer. primer usually gives a rough finish and u want it to be smooth as possible for paint so after primer use 1000 grit before apply lacquor(coloured paint).

u could try chewing but i dont recommend as fibre glass aint nice X-(
