Yeah it is and fingers crossed it works as I?ve had the box in and out too many times now trying to get the measurements right. Already got it insured with David Auden and they beat Reis by ?200!

Moved into a new workshop a few months ago, much more space and can fit 2 cars in.

Gearbox is going in tonight hopefully for the last time!

Gearbox all back in and the front end all built back up. Just having an issue with the clutch cable. To get the clutch pedal in line with the brake pedal the cable adjustment is as short as it can go. Got a 1 litre clutch cable coming which is 6mm shorter which will probably solve my problem and also swapping the plastic adjuster for a Nut so it?s slightly easier to adjust then having to take the cable off every time etc. Anyone else had this problem before? Thinking it?s because of the race paddle clutch I?m using and how different they are compared to a road car clutch with a longer clutch pedal throw and more of a bite point.

Car is all done and on the road! Just waiting for a dry day or night to put a few more miles on it before winter sets in

I like the idea of drilling out the clutch nylon and adjusting via a nut. Much easier!

Spoke to someone who has the exact same setup and he said he had to do the exact same, clutch feels bang to be fair. The back zinc nut can come off so might swap it for a washer just to give me a few more threads of adjustment

First fire up to run up to temp for a while. Had to put a fresh set of plugs in as the others had coked up with just being ticking over in the workshop all the time

Hopefully doing the Pendragon Stages bank holiday weekend in August which is my local event and the event which buggered my old car in 2019!
