You found with this cable shifter it sometimes tries to go into first and reverse at the same time . Mine works through all gears spot on apart from I cant seem to get it far enough across so that its not trying to get reverse aswell if that makes sense .

To be honest i found it akward at first but relised i didnt need to go over so far when shifting as i was its a lovely setup very smooth not had any issues down shifting from 4th to 3rd or 4th to 2nd .i may make up some sort of gate to totaly stop it ever trying to choose reverse.

I was thinking the same as there isnt enough plastic on the adjustment bit to get it any further across

Do you use scales when you adjust the suspension? Mine is really nicely balanced, I always corner weight it after any adjustments or work.

Just half a turn on a spring seat will upset mine.

Agree Craig, an inch will make a massive difference on corner weights!
