Lewi's purple Nova "B 16V TB"

This car has changed quiet a bit over the past few years so i think its about time to have a new Build thread.

so i will start here with some photos from PVS Show 2016






Then on to Billing VBOA Show 2016




After billing i changed the wheels from the 17" speedline mistrals to a 15" version, and downsized the brakes from 308mm to 256mm




then fitted a set of AVO Front and rear coilovers






After this i decided to change the wheels again to 16" Speedline alessio 2's







with Courtenay centrecaps


Changed the vented trooper scooped bonnet for a standard one

found a rear brace to go in, which will be painted the same colour as the car


and a 6 point Safety Devices roll cage


Trial fitting




ive now removed the cage again and im busy respraying it the same colour as the car before fiting it properly.

so this is pretty much the car as it sits today

The colour is based on Rover Amaranth, but my shade was altered it was tinted more voilet and has more pearl added into it, looks awesome in the sunlight.

Lovely car and the colour is beautiful. As much as I detest the over use of speedlines they really do suit this car and looks loads better then the 15s

Looking great, the cage is a addishion too. Hope youll go with my idea.

It does look good on the speedlines, i think them being silver looks so much better as they work so well with the darker purple.

This the same nova you've had for years? Looks absolutely stunning!

Did prefer it on the 17s because it's more old skool but I bet it drove like crap so the speedlines make sense and look good. Not keen on the 15s. I'd paint the cage same silver as the wheels or chrome it.
