    Possibly E36 or E30. Was done in early 90's so probably E30

    The grey leather looks fantastic, it looks more matt than shiney which looks nicer to me.

    Leather should be matt it's only cheap or worn leather that is shiney.

    I had to choose from Shiney, Satin or Matt finish, went with Matt which IMO looks more "new". Love it!

    As Dan said, Leather should always be matt looking.
    The shiner the cheaper/dirtier.
