Default Front chassis legs - internal rust proofing ?

    Evening all -

Currently enjoying a (virtually) stripped front end on my '89 SR, so it can have the necessary inner wing repairs and a new front panel.
Obviously removing the old front panel gives a unique view into the chassis legs. Thanks to Vauxhall for a complete lack of rust proofing . . .
I plan to get my flexi drive on the Dremel to remove the scabby patches but what next ?
Has anyone else tackled it this way ? I may apply Kurust to what I can then Dinitrol or Waxoyl -
    Cheers

Clean up, use a rust converter then fill with Dinitrol
