    Default 2.0ltr 16v on r1 carbs

    For sale vauxhall nova, unfinished project





    3 door Nova 2.0l 16v. No tax or mot


    Engine:
    Lightened, balanced and knife edged crankshaft with steel h beam con rods and standard forged pistons.
    Ported cylinder head matched to manifolds.
    Double valve springs.
    QED hydraulic high lift cams.
    Vernier pulleys
    Custom inlet manifold
    R1 bike carbs
    R1 fuel pump
    H&H ignition set up, dizzy amp and coil
    Ali radiator
    10'' cooling fan
    Relocated ali header tank.
    Full silicon hose kit
    Powder coated rocker and cambelt cover
    Recent cambelt, water pump, valve stems ACL race bearings and head set.
    Big bore 4 branch exhaust manifold(heat wrapped black)
    Custom 2.5 inch stainless exhaust system


    Transmission:
    Standard f20 gearbox.
    Quaife lsd.
    Standard LUK clutch.
    22 spline driveshafts.
    Rosejointed gear linkage


    Suspension and steering:
    Gaz coil overs.
    350lb front springs.
    Quaife Quickrack
    Corsa c power steering column
    Rear strut brace


    Body
    Fully welded and strengthened engine bay.
    Full gte/sr kit
    Full respray in VW magic black


    Interior
    Half leather cupra front seats
    Aem wideband gauge


    Wheels
    Refurbed cav slab wheels
    Toyo proxes 195 45 15 tyres with plenty of life


    Engine has not been fully ran in yet. Only had a few hours worth of run time so far.
    Paint still needs wet sand and machine polish from respray.
    Tailgate has some damage however does come with a spare tailgate.
    Speedo cable needs replacing as it has snapped. Also speedo/rev cluster needs sourcing.
    Wide band/oil temp and pressure Gauges not fully finished.


    Car was on the road with tax and mot and driving until recently when the engine rebuild happened


    Asking £3000 ono

    So no mot? Needing work and a dented tailgate and you want £3000??

    Im guessing he's going on the value it's worth in parts... it has some decent bits on it - engine and box are worth a few quid on their own...

    If I was you I'd get an mot on it, more chance of selling it as someone can just tax it and drive it home, you've more chance of maybe getting near the asking price as well.

    Still for sale. Speedo cable has been replaced and clocks fitted. Open to offers as due to circumstances won't be able to do any work and get mot'd
