    Default Fuelling for c20xe

I recently took on an unfinished project, it is a 1.3sr with a c20xe conversion. It still has the original fuel tank and fuel lines and I understand that due to it now being injection it will require high pressure lines etc.

Is using high pressure hoses with jubilee clips good enough or will they have to be steel tubing for the fuel lines?

    Cheers

Get some nylon lines off a later corsa b or bet some 8mm copper pipe from wickes/b&q an use that the fuel hose will just perish an split over time.

Rubber fuel hose, it won't split and perish for ages so don't panic too much?!

The nylon/plastic lines on the Corsa are good, or you can buy reels of it and make your own.

You'll need an injection tank rather than the carb one also.

Are the nylon piping off the corsa b a decent fit or will they need major modifications?

I went to get some and found they'd need special unions either end so not exactly a bolt on fit (unless I was looking at doing it wrong). Found some 8mm ID nylon pipe off SSL Diesel Parts, some 8mm brass barbed connectors, fuel hose clips and 8mm injection hose and they've been perfect for years.
