Josh, I'm not telling you what you should be selling your car at, just saying that maybe it's worth either putting it back together as a full car (engine included) to try sell it at the price you want.
I only say this because although everyone creates a massive hype over mk1 saloons and shouts how much they want one etc, nobody actually wants to part with cash..
My saloon was in similar or better condition with a running 993cc in it, all I got on here was crap over it being over priced and was only worth £200 etc.. But I knew it was worth more, it sold on eBay in the end for £660 (iirc as it a while back)
So I'm not saying that the cars not worth it, just you may sell it for what you want if it's all complete etc, but I would also use eBay dude

thanks mate! I do get what you mean! Not sure what to do now, had a few people interested but just messers, may just push for a payrise so I can finally get it done!
