Thanks Iain, il check that when I do the geometry set up on it. There is a washer under the nut so might be a case of that needs to sit above the knuckle below the joint as you say.

Moving that spacer would do it yeah. The Allen head bolt will allow full rosejoint movement. You may want to machine the spacer down slightly when at your ride height to get your desired steering arm angle.
the spacer is now placed on top off the rosejoint. this spacer must be placed between the knuckle and the rosejoint
i will try that, thanks for the advise lads
Cage looks great
Any pics of the loon now?
Wow. Love that cage.
All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one PepsiFar from suicidalStill I get them tendenciesBringing back them memories
That I really miss when I reminisce
I believe the cage is what the yuf of today might call "pucker", being somewhat older I'll settle for 'the dogs danglies'! Looks akin to a Custom Cages design with the benifit of the additional anti crush uprights at the front (A pillars). If you don't mind me asking how much did it cost you?
Thanks lads
Richy12 I have a few I might post up but I might start a new project thread for the saloon to show the updates. Just trying to get the sr to where I want it for some use this year.
TellDave Thanks mate, and yea I believe they used to work for custom cages a while back. The 6 point cage was £1200+vat.
Where did you get the stud and nut kit from , look so much nicer then mine !
