    Homemade nylon bushes for alternator mounting.







    Removing the flange on the butterfly valve and replacing the holes by two copper rivets.









    For racecar track use, we used an oil catch tank.


    So we remove all oil vapour return on the butterfly valve.




    We made a plug to seal the hole.





    And adjust the plug.

    We draw the pipe for a better alignment between the exhaust manifold and the cylinder head.








    Before adjusting.

    And we do the same job for inlet manifold.

    The cylinder head was resurfaced and tested.




    We grind in all valves.




    Exhaust side.




    Inlet side.




    And we test the valves tightness.







    Painting cylinder head.





    Mounting the crankshaft with new bushing.

    We create a baffle dividing in oil sump.

    First, we simulate the oil level with 4.5 water liters.

















    In place in the oil sump.







    We make a plate to close the oil level sensor hole.






    And we paint the oil sump.
