    Default Lancia Delta's

Right, i spotted a few last nite on autotrader, within my new car budget and insurance abilities.

How hideously unreliable are they? ive heard they rust in no time etc.

I have to have a car that is reliable, and is happy trundelling (at warp) on motorways.

if anyone can shed any light on the lancia delta integrale i would be most appreciative.

A mate had an Evo 1 - Apparently the best to go for due to lack of cat.

However, they are hideously expensive to run - servicin is mega bucks and obtaining parts can be a right bastid. For instance, said mate had to wait nearly three months for a cold start valve (or something similar) to be sent direct from Italy...mad.

Electrics are notorious for going wrong too.

And as you've mentioned, they're not undersealed and so you need to get one which has had it done.

That aside, they look menacing and handle like a dream...I would recommend getting one from a garage like Walkers - 01609 777221.
