yeah the reason your boosting higher is because the actuater isn't allowing as much air through as it should so by the time its reached the actuater and the expansive properties of denser air have been accounted for it doesn't fit through the gap.

My turbo petrol used to do it due to the wastegate size caused by changing the air filter and exhaust system, it would go from a standard 6PSI to 11PSI then 14PSI on cold days, i just got an external wastegate

Machining...both on manual and CNC. To be fair most of the main roads seem to clearing up a bit now but it was bleak at 7.30 when I started. I wonder what it will be like tonight if it carries on snowing

    I presumed you worked outside.
So why would you need/want to go home?

I had to crawl down my road at barely-idle-rpm in 1st gear this morning, the whole road is one massive block of ice. Comes to something when someone walking their dog is going faster than you

Was amazed at how many people were driving to work this morning with their cars looking like a giant snowball. They had just cleared the windscreen and front door windows but nothing else. Some cars you couldn't even see the rear lights!
Total muppets, it does not take 5 minutes to clear a car of snow so why are they so lazy!!!
