    hi mate i would say your best bet is a 2.0 8v engine as there cheap as chips

    a x20xev, ecotec..... the great overlooked gm engine....literally thousands lying around in breakers yards cos they aren't redtops

    the ecotecs are massively under rated,theyre strong engines.
