    Default Tracking

Probably a really stupid question but, here goes.

Had the tracking checked today, both fronts are toed slightly out. I didn't get it changed but i assume whether a car is for the track or road, normal wheel tracking is best.

I would think so, most FWD cars toe in normally (@0.5 degrees) to compensate for then the front wheels are driving iirc

Thanks, thought I'd just check that the previous owner hadn't left the car like that for a reason, although, considering the state the rest of the car was in........

the rally build manual advises toe out, but that is for rally cars on rough roads, and it is to do with braking & cornering, as any idiot can drive fast in a straight line & tyres made for rallying are meant to wear out quickly.

    set them normal for road/trackday
