Default The Mk 1 E16 Twin Weber Build

Had my Nova for almost 4 years now, thought id share my story so far and update you all on my progress as I rebuild my E16se

This is the Nova when I got it, it was my first car given to me by my Grandad.

As you can see the car spent most of its life in his garrage.

I undersealed the underside and fitted a pair of new shocks as the originals were shot.

Brought a set of cheap ebay coilovers, Turns out you get what you pay for but still did the job.

After a year or so I got fed up of my wheels scraping on the arches so purchased a set of Cav Alloys and set about refurbishing them.

The Nova with a couple of mates from uni's cars, This was about 2.5 years on and I had doubled the millage by then and rust was setting in.

I brought a pair of 256mm calipers and discs for a bit more stopping power.

Massive difference between the old and the new.

Fitted. As you can see, coilovers didnt stay mint for long

Also brought a second Nova and stripped it and sold the parts, Made a tidy profit and kept some handy spares
